Do not buy a Choice Development home from the Leppard brothers.

Ways to tell you shouldn't be buying a Choice Development home:

They don't meet deadlines
They don't respond to emails or voice mails
The craftsmen often tell you it is their first time doing a task
The subcontractors that work for them routinely get checks that bounce or not paid at all
You can ask them to do something 10 times and they won't
They have no pride in their work
If something doesn't fit, they it hammer it until it does
They install the cheapest equipment available, even used equipment

According to BBB, they are also using the name CDC Residential Construction, LLC.
Other names being used include: 305 W. 22nd L.P.
As of 2009, some sources are reporting that they are using the name TLL Construction.
